# Time Off Approved Event

> Receive real-time data when time off is approved.

`status` changes to `approved`. `updatedBy` is the approver.

Event type: `time_off_approved`.

## Payload

**eventType** `string` *required*

Always `time_off_approved`.

**requestId** `string` *required*

ID of the API request that triggered the event.

**enterprise** `string` *required*

Enterprise name.

**featureType** `string` *required*

Always `time_off`.

**eventTimestamp** `number` *required*

Unix time (seconds) when the event was dispatched.

**data** `object` *required*

Time off data.

**properties**

**id** `string` *required*

Hashed time off ID. UUID values are sent unchanged.

**assigneeId** `string` *required*

Hashed assignee org-member ID.

**startDatetime** `string` *required*

ISO 8601 start datetime.

**endDatetime** `string` *required*

ISO 8601 end datetime.

**orgId** `string` *required*

Hashed organization ID.

**notes** `string`

Optional notes.

**status** `string` *required*

Always `approved`.

**updatedBy** `string` *required*

Hashed org-member ID of the approver.
